Who we are

Sam Kah Man runs sofatofu. In these terms, "we" means Sam Kah Man and "you" means the person who uses sofatofu. Send each question about these terms to [email protected].

A company will take over sofatofu. When it does, we will change these terms and tell each member by email.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use sofatofu.
• You sign in with a code that we send by email, or with Google or LinkedIn. Keep that email account and your sessions safe. Tell us at once at [email protected] when you think that someone else uses your account.
• A workspace has owners and members. An owner configures the workspace, invites and removes members, and can delete the workspace with all its data.

Agents

You can let an AI agent use sofatofu for you. The agent acts with your session, so what it does counts as what you do. You are responsible for each change it makes, as you would be for your own. You choose which agent you use, what you ask it to do, and when you end its session.

sofatofu helps you control your agent. Each change records who made it and the reason given. You can reverse most changes, and restore a deleted record, for 30 days. You can see each session and end any one that you do not know.

You are not responsible for what someone else does through a flaw in sofatofu. Tell us at [email protected] when you find one, as the security page tells you.

If an agent makes so many requests, or such harmful ones, that it puts sofatofu at risk, we can limit or end that session. When we can, we tell you first. We do this before we suspend your account.

Your data

The CRM data in your workspace belongs to you or your workspace. You give us only the rights we need to store it, show it to the members of the workspace, and run sofatofu. We do not sell it, put it in usage data, or send it to an AI provider.

You decide which data about other people your workspace keeps. You must have the right to keep it and to use it as you do, under the laws that apply to you.

What you must not do

• Break the law, or help someone else break it, with sofatofu.
• Use sofatofu to send spam or messages that people did not ask for.
• Try to reach a workspace, an account, or data that is not yours.
• Attack, overload, or probe sofatofu, except as the security page allows.
• Sell or resell access to sofatofu.

The service

sofatofu is free for now. We can change it, add limits, or start to charge for it. We tell you by email before a change that takes away something you use, or that costs you money.

Ending

• You can stop at any time. An owner can delete a workspace in the portal. To delete your account, write to [email protected].
• We can suspend or end your account when you break these terms. When we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem.
• If we stop running sofatofu, we tell you by email at least 30 days before, so that you can take a copy of your data.

No warranty

We give sofatofu as it is, with no promise that it will always work, have no errors, or suit your purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for all claims about sofatofu is no more than SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.

Law

The law of Singapore governs these terms, and the courts of Singapore decide each dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we change this page and its date. When a change affects you, we tell you by email before it starts. If you use sofatofu after it starts, you accept the new terms.
